As we approach the holidays, I’ve been doing some reflecting myself. I want to share something personal with you today because I believe many of you may have gone through something similar. When I started my career as a coach, I found myself constantly comparing my progress to other coaches in the industry. It was easy to scroll through social media and see other coaches hosting grand events, working with high-profile clients, and sharing their latest successes. And each time, I felt this knot in my stomach. Why wasn’t I invited to speak at this event? Why don’t I have the same following? How did they get to where they are? Sound familiar? At first, I brushed it off, thinking it was normal to feel a little envious. But over time, I realized something deeper was happening: this comparison was affecting me in a way that was not healthy.
